Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number and tracking link.
In case of unforeseen circumstances that cause shipping delays, such as out-of-stock items or natural disasters, we will contact you promptly via support@pawshoppet.com to keep you informed.
2. Delivery Coverage & Estimated Transit Time
We currently deliver to all regions across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, excluding certain remote areas.
- Contiguous U.S.: Approximately 12 business days (delivery time is an estimate and subject to the actual performance of the carrier).
3. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available for all orders. For orders destined to the European Union, additional shipping fees will be applied due to local tax regulations.
4. Package Tracking
You may track your package in real time on the official websites of carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx using the tracking number provided in your order details or shipping confirmation email.
5. Delivery Issues & Solutions

Lost or Undelivered PackageIf the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Package or ProductsIf your items arrive damaged, please submit photo or video evidence to us within 72 hours upon receipt. We will arrange a reshipment or full refund for you accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping AddressPlease double-check your delivery address before placing an order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you shall be responsible for the reshipping cost.
6. International Delivery (Not Available for Now)
We do not support international shipping outside the United States at present. We plan to expand our delivery coverage to more regions gradually. Please stay tuned for updates.
