Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@pawshoppet.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Any items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: pet food, perishable goods, custom personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous or flammable goods. All sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the refund result. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing delays may apply. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
